How to affiliate?
Official procedure based on Article 1.1 of the Federal Internal Regulations. Any affiliated association de facto becomes a delegation of the Tikva Secours network.

Appoint a single representative
The association appoints a natural person as its sole representative. A single legal entity may only designate one representative, who cannot combine this role with that of an individual member.

Obtain Board approval
The designated representative is submitted for approval by the Federal Board of Directors. Once approved, they hold one deliberative vote at federal bodies.

Notify the Federation of any changes
Any change of representative must be reported without delay. In case of exceptional impediment, a special proxy may be appointed for a maximum duration of three months.

Join the delegation network
Once affiliation is validated, your association officially joins the Tikva Secours network as a delegation, benefiting from the Federation's support, tools and visibility.
Annual federal membership fee
€100
per year, fixed amount
To be paid by December 1st of each year at the latest.
This fee, supplemented by the variable federal contribution from members' dues, finances the Federation's coordination, structuring, representation and development.
Benefits of affiliation
By joining the Federation, your president and your association enjoy a privileged framework.
- The President of a delegation is exempt from the federal membership fee, in recognition of their commitment.
- Delegation presidents are members of right of the Federation.
- Support in structuring, IPS training and compliance.
- Access to the national network: visibility, coordination, sharing of tools and best practices.
Open a delegation internationally
For countries without an affiliated delegation, no federal fee is required. For established international delegations, the fee amount is determined in consultation with the Federation, taking into account local context and financial capacity.
